my big halloween post

I just have to start with this picture. Scott & his brothers sure got into the Halloween spirit this year! My handsome hubby has a slight obsession with Superman, oh Trey...., & danny the cowboy! I love this picture. kind of shows off their personalities well :)

MOMS HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA

It happens every year & this year did not disappoint. My mom loves all things HALLOWEEN. I think she spent something like 3 weeks decorating her backyard. There were lights everywhere, ghosts & witches on every branch, & a new addition this year.....body parts. (A Chase favorite)

We always look forward to seeing her costume :) She plans for this months before! And this year she was Smurfette.

I was Hermione, thanks to my awesome neighbor who lent me her costume. Unfortunately I'm the only Harry Potter fan in my family so they didn't appreciate it as much. Plus it would have been better with my spouse there. He was supposed to be Ron Weasley but was delayed on a flight in AZ so came halfway thru the party.

My dad is so funny. He rolls his eyes at my mom for weeks before the party cause she's always planning or decorating.....she has a binder for it :) But in the end he loves it as much as she does. He put his foot down at being a smurf though. would have been so funny.




The kids got to play a ton of games. This one was wrap the mummy. I don't think they (the grandkids) know how good they have it.

This is Indie & Tess trick or treating at Dad's work. Two really cute kitties if you ask me.

I'm just going to finish with this last pic of Tess on her way out the door to trick or treat Halloween night. My kiddos loved it. Of course. And Luke was in high heaven & wore his dragon costume all day & night.

Now it's already November. It's always a CRAZY month for us. Here's hoping mom survives!
