Chef/Talent show partay

We had a great conference weekend the past couple of days. I always finish listening to the Prophet & apostles of our church & come away feeling better, feeling hope, & feeling the need to step it up. I loved it. My kids were actually quite good & quiet which is a miracle. I'm thinking some of the talks heard were really needing to be heard by us thus the miracle of quiet kids :)! We made pumpkin waffles Sunday morning which were so yummy, definitely a new tradition.

Here are the pictures from the "Harker Grandkids" chef party & Talent Show. I swear my mom should be a party planner, she always amazes at what she pulls off for her grandkids.

The kids all had chef hats & aprons


They started out by making their own pizza & then were able to decorate their own cake with all sorts of edible treats. My youngest pretty much just ate frosting the whole time.


Next up was the Talent Show. Tess decided to display some of her artwork. She was so proud.


Chase showed of his crazy good baseball skills :)


And Luke, well he showed us his run which is hilarious & also joined in with all the dance numbers.


You can tell the kids had a blast!!

My nieces danced, matti & alley sang, maci showed off her gymnastic skills, & shelbi jumped off the rock into the pool.

Logan played the recorder (it was so awesome), kade has almost all the articles of faith memorized (!!!), Dallin did pull ups, & blake swam the length of the pool without taking a breath.

Talk about talent!

My mom & oldest sister finished off the evening with a surprise performance to Michael Jackson. We have it on film & it's epic. We had so much fun. Thanks MOM!!!!
